I started at The Goat Agency in 2019 as a freelance editor and worked my way up to Head of Production. Alongside my long-time collaborator Matt Wyatt, I’ve produced and edited over 400 daily vlogs, something we’re both genuinely proud of. The Daily Goat put the agency on the map, legitimised the influencer agency space as a serious contender, and helped shape the personal brands of the founders and team. It became part culture piece, part talent magnet, and a major reason people knew who Goat was before we ever pitched them.

I started on the timeline, so I know what makes a good edit, but these days my focus is on building the systems and leading the team that makes the whole engine run. One of the biggest shifts I pushed through was streamlining the production process. Not just for internal workflows, but to make the client experience smoother, smarter, and way more valuable. From pitch decks and RFPs to detailed post-campaign analysis videos, I’ve helped shape how we tell the story of what we do and why it works. That became a big differentiator in how Goat shows up to clients.

Alongside that, I oversee all our branded content output, making sure what we deliver is sharp, on-brand, and has impact. I care about quality, and I’m always pushing for better: better ideas, better edits, better outcomes. Whether we’re selling a product, pitching an idea, or wrapping a campaign, I’m obsessed with getting to the heart of what makes you care.
